A new year, means lots of new art! In 2022 I didn't get a whole lot of painting time in as I was in the process of building out my van, traveling, visiting family and just getting a grasp on how this whole #vanlifestyle works 
But, I think I've got it pretty well figured out now!

One thing I've always known about how I want to live my #VanLife is that I'm not a #VanLifer that will flit from place to place, which is great if it works for you! For me, in order to truly be creative, I have to hunker down for lengths of time and immerse myself in my art. Most dispersed camping places I will be staying at allow for two weeks at a time, so I will be doing that most often. And since my daughter got me StarLink for Christmas it opens up even more great places to camp, and still be able to work! I will of course visit National Parks and State Parks and everything in between as I move from one camping spot to the next. And, as always, ride my bike wherever the opportunity presents itself.
.I will also be focusing more attention on animal conservation through my art and living a more eco-friendly and sustainable lifestyle, and sharing tips on what that looks like, and how we can all be stewards of the planet in our own way.

2023 is going to be a busy year for MADART Studios, I have lots of goals to manifest, and lots of new art to get out of my head and onto paper/wood So, hang around and see what MAD creations are up next, and thank you for being here, and following me on this crazy journey of travel and art!
